Here's how to reset your Roku password, figure out which email you used, and get back into your account.

What to do if you forgot your Roku password

If you forgot your password, you can get a reset email. Just check the email linked to your Roku account. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folders. Also, make sure you’re using the right email address.

  1. Go to Forgot password, enter your email, and select Submit
  2. Roku will send a password reset email. It’s valid for one hour. The email includes a link. If it doesn’t open automatically, copy and paste the link into your browser
  3. Enter new password on the Create password page
  4. Select Submit
  5. Once complete, return to my.roku.com and sign in with your new password

What to do if you forgot what email you used

If you forgot the email for your Roku account, you can find it using your Roku device or the Roku Smart Home app.

On your Roku streaming device

  1. Press Home home button on Roku remoteon your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select About to view your email address

From the Roku Smart Home app

  1. Open the Roku Smart Home app
  2. Go to Account
  3. Tap on the account section toward the top to find the email address for your Roku account

If you can’t access the email linked to your Roku account, contact Roku Support.
