The valid email address used to create your Roku account is important in a few ways, including the recovery of a lost/forgotten password, or the receiving of helpful Roku newsletters and/or important Roku notifications.
Sometimes, it is necessary to change the email address. Here's how:
- On an Internet connected browser, go to my.roku.com.
- Sign in with your existing email and password.
- Click on UPDATE under Account Information.
- Make the appropriate change and click SAVE CHANGES.
