If only one of your channels is not loading, stuck on buffering, or sending you back to the home screen when you try to watch something, but all your other channels are working correctly, the channel may be experiencing a service interruption. Try the channel again later, or check the support homepage for channel outage alerts.
If the issue persists, try removing the channel, then adding the channel again. You can see how to add and remove channels here.
If the above steps do not solve your issue, it's most likely an issue with that particular channel. In that case, please contact the channel vendor directly.
