What is Roku’s support policy?

Roku offers agent-assisted chat, email and phone support to customers who own a Roku 3, Roku 4, Roku® Streaming Stick®, Roku Premiere, Roku Premiere+, or Roku Ultra player or Roku TV model. Roku TV customers should contact the TV manufacturer (e.g. TCL, Best Buy Insignia, etc.) first for TV-related issues.

All Roku customers can receive assistance for Roku account and billing questions by submitting a request on the Roku support site.

In addition, Roku offers a 30-day money back guarantee. Customers should return their device where they purchased it.
