Roku does not offer refunds or credits on Roku-billed channel purchases or subscriptions, including movie rentals and purchases. Only in rare situations Roku will provide credits for channels purchased using your Roku account. Roku will review and make a credit determination in cases where a channel/service has been taken down for legal reasons, a channel/service description in the Roku store at the time of purchase misrepresented the channel/service, or the channel/service was/is unavailable due to technical/interruption reasons.
