Track an invalid charge from Roku

Have a charge from Roku on your bank statement that you're unfamiliar with? Check the purchase history in your Roku account to find out what the charge is for.

  2. Click View Your Purchase History to see all purchases made.

In View Your Purchase History, you'll find all of the purchases made using this Roku account, including subscriptions and purchases such as movies and TV shows, themes, screen savers, games, and other charges.



How can I prevent accidental purchases?

Prevent unwanted purchases by creating a PIN code. You can also require that a PIN be entered before a channel can be added to your Roku player.
