For most situations, try the following suggestions:
Check the front of your Roku player for a power light. If you see the power light, try the following options:
- Make sure your video cable is firmly connected to the back of your Roku player and to the back of your TV and/or receiver.
- Make sure that your TV or receiver is tuned to the correct input. (It's usually a button on your TV remote labeled "Source", "Input", "Video" or something similar.)
If you do not see a power light on the front of your Roku player, try the following options:
- If you are using your TV’s USB port to power your Roku player, make sure the Micro USB cable is connected firmly to your TV’s USB port.
- If you still don’t see a picture on your TV, and your player is currently using power from the TV’s USB port, try plugging the power into a working power wall outlet using the included AC adapter.
