Charges to your Roku account for content and services accessed from your Roku® streaming player or Roku TV will appear in your Roku account purchase history. Each charge to the payment method associated with your Roku account will be accompanied by an invoice. Your purchase history can be accessed after you sign in to your Roku account.
Note: Invoices billed directly with a service provider (e.g., Netflix) will not appear in your Roku account purchase history. To view these invoices, contact your service provider or visit their website.
Viewing your purchase history
To access your Roku account and view your purchase history, follow the steps below:
- Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
- If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
- Note: If you have forgotten your password or no longer have access to your email address, get help signing into your Roku account.
- Scroll down and click or tap View your purchase history on the My account page.
After the purchase history loads, you will see the most recent invoices at the top of the list. Each invoice includes a description of the service, date of the invoice, invoice number, and total price. For a more detailed view of an invoice, you can click or tap the Details button.
